Terms of Service

The terms for using Copy AI Video: what you can upload, how you may use your videos, how credits and payments work, and the limits of our liability.

These terms apply to your use of Copy AI Video (copyaivideo.com). By using the site or purchasing credits, you agree to these terms. Send any questions to support@copyaivideo.com.

About the service

Copy AI Video is an independent online tool that turns an uploaded photo into your own AI-generated version of a trending video, and generates AI videos from text or images. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to TikTok, any video template app, or any person, team, film, brand, record label or company featured in or behind a trend.

Trend clips on our pages are short previews hosted by us, each credited to its creator with a link to the original post. Creators can request removal of a clip through our contact page, and we will remove it promptly.

Your account

You must be 18 or older to purchase credits. Keep your sign-in details private; you are responsible for all activity under your account.

Upload rules

Only upload photos you own or have the right to use, showing yourself or adults who have agreed to appear in the video. You may not upload:

  • photos of children or anyone under 18;
  • photos of public figures or anyone who has not consented;
  • nudity, sexual content, violence, hate speech or anything illegal;
  • photos intended to deceive, harass, defame or impersonate anyone;
  • prompts requesting any of the above, or a real person’s likeness without their consent;
  • anything intended to bypass our content checks.

Memorial templates (such as Day of the Dead and Hug From Heaven) are the only exception to the consent rule: you may upload a photo of a family member, friend or pet who has passed away, as long as you have the right to use it. Photos of children are still not allowed.

We may refuse, stop or remove any render that breaks these rules, and suspend or close accounts that break them or try to bypass our checks, without refunding credits already used.

Content screening

Each uploaded photo is automatically screened for nudity and sexual content while your video is created. Any sexual content involving a minor is reported where required by law. The AI video models also refuse violent, sexual and hateful requests; if a model refuses a render, its credits are returned.

Automated checks are not perfect, and a photo may be rejected by mistake; if so, try another one. Passing the check does not mean a photo is allowed; the rules above still apply.

Your videos

  • Videos are generated by AI, and results vary between renders; a face or movement may not turn out exactly as expected.
  • You may use your videos for personal and social media purposes. Label them as AI-generated wherever the platform requires it.
  • You are responsible for how you use and publish them.

Credits and payments

  • Videos are paid for with credits, sold in one-time packs. There is no subscription and no automatic renewal.
  • Each second of finished trend video uses 10 credits; text to video and image to video are priced by model. The button shows the exact amount before anything is charged.
  • Credits never expire. They are not currency, cannot be transferred, and cannot be exchanged for cash except as allowed by the refund policy.
  • If a render fails on our side, the credits are automatically returned to your balance.
  • Prices are shown in US dollars before you pay and may change for future purchases; credits you have already bought keep their value.
  • Refunds are covered by our refund policy.

Service availability

We work to keep the service running, but it relies on third-party AI providers and may sometimes be slow or unavailable. We may change or discontinue features, and may end the service with reasonable notice, in which case unused credits are refundable.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time; the date at the top shows the current version. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
